1. Who can apply for these awards?

Any teacher or lecturer from schools, colleges, or coaching institutions in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana can apply. Online educators are also eligible.

2. Are Kusal Academy teachers also eligible?

Yes. There will be separate award categories for Kusal Academy faculty and for external teachers.

3. What are the award categories for external teachers?

  • Best School Teacher (Maths/Science/English/Other Subjects)

  • Best College Lecturer

  • Innovative Educator Award

  • Young Teacher Award (below 35 years)

  • Lifetime Achievement Award in Teaching (20+ years of service)

  • Student Favorite Teacher Award

4. How can a teacher apply or be nominated?

  • By filling out the online nomination form (Google Form)

  • Uploading basic profile details, teaching experience, and achievements

  • Students/parents/colleagues can also submit recommendations

5. What documents are required for nomination?

  • Latest Resume / CV

  • Proof of teaching service (ID/appointment letter/service certificate)

  • Supporting documents (awards, publications, results, feedback, etc.)

  • 1–2 recommendation letters (optional but preferred)

6. Who will decide the winners?

A special Awards Committee consisting of:

  • Director/President of Kusal Academy

  • Academic Experts from external institutions

  • Senior Teachers/Educationists

  • Student Representative

7. What will winners receive?

  • A Trophy & Certificate of Excellence

  • Recognition on Kusal Academy Website & Social Media

  • Invitation to the Teachers’ Day 2025 Celebration at Kusal Academy

  • Special mention in press/media coverage

8. Is there any fee to participate?

Yes

9. Can a teacher win multiple awards?

Yes, depending on eligibility and performance, a teacher may be honored in more than one category.

10. When will the results be announced?

The winners will be announced and awarded during the Teachers’ Day Mega Celebration on 5th September 2025 at Kusal Academy, Guntur.
